Chinook Home Watch offers three packages built around how long you're away and what your home needs while you're gone.
Basic Home Check
$50 per visit
Most suitable for short trips.
Interior checks include the furnace and thermostat, electrical panel, alarm system status, running taps and flushing toilets, checking for water leaks and appliance issues, and checking for odors or signs of mold.
Exterior checks include doors and entry points, windows, outdoor faucets, roofline, and mail collection.
Photo report emailed after every visit.
Frequency: every 3 days, weekly, or as needed.
Snowbird Package
$270 per month
Best option for extended absences.
Includes everything in the Basic Home Check plus indoor plant watering, vehicle starts to keep your battery charged, storm and weather damage checks, and coordination with repair professionals if something comes up.
Detailed photo reports throughout your absence.
Best for: Calgary homeowners spending weeks or months away.
Post-Storm Inspection
Calgary hailstorms and blizzards can do serious damage to a vacant property.
We deploy after significant weather events and check the roofline, siding, windows, doors, and exterior for damage.
You get a photo report which you may choose to use for an insurance claim.
